Within this Privacy Policy the term uptact®, we, us, our, etc. refers to uptact aps. The term you refer to you as a user of our services. This Privacy Policy explains how we will use the information that you provide when using software, websites or services provided by uptact®.

How We Gather and Use Your Information

When you download or use our services or sign up you will provide us with personally identifiable information, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., and non-personally identifiable information, which includes – but not limited to – automatically generated and anonymous records of online activities (i.e. website statistics), gender, age, country, and zip code.

Non-personally identifiable information will be used internally for us to better understand our business and improve our services.

Personally identifiable information will be used as follows:

Identifying your uptact® contacts: The contact information in your address book will be uploaded to our uptact® Search Engine and will only be used to identify your uptact® contacts, i.e. uptact® users with an uptact® profile that matches contact information in your address book.

Updating contacts: Whenever you or one of your contacts updates their uptact® profile the information will be corrected in relevant address books.

Notifications: You will receive in-app notifications from uptact® when your uptact® contacts update their profiles, etc.

You Retain All Rights to Your Data

You will retain all rights to the data that you upload to your uptact® profile. We will not sell or disclose this information to any third party organisation, unless required so by law. Any public or private institutions that wish to stay updated with you through our services may do so only with your authorisation.
